On the website click on “All Stores” on the top menu bar or on any button that says “shoppers”, choose the first store you would like to purchase from, add their products to your cart, select another store, add their products to your cart, continue shopping from various stores and when done, go to “View Cart”. If you are happy with your selection then proceed to checkout.

After clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” you will be given a choice of payment methods as described below, choose a suitable payment option, make your payment and you are done!

We make use of  a South African pay portal called PayFast that offers the following 100% secure online payment options:

  • Debit Cards – Debit cards issued by Maestro and Visa Electron are still popular among many South African shoppers, and can be used to make online purchases through Payfast.
  • Cheque and Credit Cards Visa and Mastercard credit cards are the most popular and trusted online payment methods around the world.
  • Masterpass – A free digital wallet from Mastercard that enables online shoppers to quickly and securely check out and make online payments.
  • Instant EFT – Instant EFT by PayFast allows online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified.
  • Mobicred – is an online revolving credit account that gives buyers access to credit, which they can use to buy online and pay a monthly mount. Once you pay you can use that amount again to buy.
  • Zapper – is a free ‘scan to pay’ app that makes payments convenient and secure for both online shoppers and merchants.
  • Scode – is a unique payment platform that allows shoppers to pay for their online purchases in-store at the money market counters of more than 6,000 retail outlets across South Africa.

We have a large team of dedicated delivery personal that will collect your orders from the various stores and then deliver directly to your home at the delivery address that you entered during checkout. We follow a “contact less” delivery system where your order will be placed by your gate, the delivery person will then return to his vehicle and phone you to collect. No paperwork to be signed!

If you have downloaded our App then you will be notified when your order has been placed successfully, also when its collected and the estimated time of delivery. When the driver arrives at your premises you will be notified to collect.

We normally deliver the next day, however because of the Covid-19 restrictions you may experience a delay:

Durban Central: 1 – 2 days

South Coast: 1 – 3 days

North Coast: 1 – 4 days

You will be notified if there is a delay. Please plan your shopping accordingly.

We have Goods In Transit Insurance on all our deliveries, so in the event of theft, hijacking or spoilage you are covered for your purchase.

We are only human and mistakes can creep in. In the event that you are not happy with any of the products delivered, then simply create a support ticket – hover over the support tab on the top menu bar, choose “Help Desk Support” or see the small slider on the left of your screen (man with yellow earphones), click on it, request a return, and one of our drivers will collect the item/items and return them to the store you purchased it from.

To keep things simple we will not exchange or swop returned items, we will either give you a refund or a store credit voucher to use with your next purchase.
